Tiburon man allegedly tries to run over pedestrian because of plaid jacket

A Tiburon man was arrested Monday on allegations he tried to run over a pedestrian because he didn't like his jacket, police said. Eugene Thomas Anderson, 31, was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. His bail was set at $50000.
